e10 Infotech Private Limited has been building software since 2011. What began in Mumbai as one engineer with a laptop and a handful of freelance clients is now a 25 engineer studio that has delivered more than 200 projects for clients in over 25 countries.

The founder's story

Anuj Pandey did not start e10 with a pitch deck. He started in 2011 with a laptop in Mumbai, a handful of freelance clients and a habit he never gave up: writing the code himself until it worked.

That habit is still the company. Anuj remains a working full stack engineer across TypeScript, Python, Go and Solidity, with more than ninety public repositories on GitHub and open source contributions preserved in the GitHub Arctic Code Vault. When a client project hits a hard problem late at night, the founder is one of the engineers who picks it up.

The results came the unglamorous way. One delivered project became a referral, referrals became retainers, and a one person shop grew into a 25 engineer studio serving clients across more than 25 countries. Along the way e10 shipped its own products, including Duggy, Luinq and the Tintorch business suite, because an agency that runs its own software in production estimates, builds and supports client work differently from one that does not.

That is the standard the whole team is held to. Measure the outcome rather than the hours, say no to work that will not move a client's numbers, and never hand over something you would not run yourself.

Someone who keeps the engine running

Behind every product e10 ships there is a company that has to run well. People hired, teams resourced, tools paid for, problems cleared before they reach an engineer's desk. That is Sanjay Dubey's remit as COO and Director, owning operations and the people function end to end.

He knows what engineers need because he spent decades being one. An engineer by training with a career going back to the late 1980s, Sanjay built business systems on the Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server and enterprise web services) long before moving into operations leadership.

The partnership is the point. Anuj decides what to build and pushes the engineering edge. Sanjay builds the environment that makes it sustainable: the right people, the right tools and an operation that never becomes the bottleneck.
